I think I found a bug or limitation. I have Start 2.74 with taskbar features disabled, and Windhawk with the Taskbar Clock Customization mod. With Windows 11 25H2 there is no issue. With Windows 1123H2, the clock's second freezes at 59. After stopping the Start11 Service, ending Stat11 process, and restarting Windows Explorer, and reactivating the mod, the seconds start working again.
