I think the previous post rushes to judgement. I saw the same note on the Windhawk Taskbar Clock Customization mod version 1.5.2 through a Google AI search which address the freezing at "59" issue. The current release is 1.8 so 1.5.2 which is the fixed version is fairly old. I had posted stopping the Start11 service and app fixes the problem. That part was ignored. I think I found a bug or limitation. I have Start 2.74 with taskbar features disabled, and Windhawk with the Taskbar Clock Customization mod. With Windows 11 25H2 there is no issue. With Windows 1123H2, the clock's second freezes at 59. After stopping the Start11 Service, ending Stat11 process, and restarting Windows Explorer, and reactivating the mod, the seconds start working again.
