Reply to Problem... Fences make my desktop black, when i slide between multiple desktops in Fences Stardock Forums

I am having the exact same problem. I have a fast gaming machine i7 with 16GB of memory and SSD. I know it's not my computer. Have Stardock replied with a fix yet or do we need to get a refund for this know problem?
