After that, there's no real way to go back in time and pretend that no harm has been done... All we want to do is actually make, market and enjoy another great Star Control game (that we've already spent years and millions of dollars on.) El Ratón (I would be fine with calling it "Mouse Ship" or "El Raton" in the English version, but you guys have control over the naming so) I call this "El Ratón" which means "The Mouse" because it looks like a mouse to me. One day in a solar system far away from our own, a spaceship crash landed on a planet that hosted all of its life on a single Pangaea-like continent. In the crash landing, everything was incinerated save for one fateful item: a mouse used
The Drained I call this ship "The Drained" because it is has a green and black design with spores and tentacles on and around it which give it an infected and manipulated look. The story behind it is that this was one of the many gypsy (traveler) ships that made their way around space until one day they discovered a (unidentified) parasitic species that took control of their ship and its passengers.
It felt really hard to control the rotation. Only way I could see to rotate and zoom was to hold my middle mouse button down and move the mouse, but that made the screen spin rapidly. I'd like to see some keyboard buttons for rotate right / left. Also I don't need to zoom way out and lose sight of the ship, and I don't see the point of having a nebula cloud. There needs to be a "reset view" button,

A poster on the previous page was under the impression F&P were trying to include Star Control in the name of the game. I just wanted to correct that, but Brad seems to have repeatedly misunderstood my original post.
Thanks for clarifying! However, I do think this kind of foreshadows exactly what Frogboy fears: that there wil
They have literally been calling their game an official sequel to Star Control II. That associates them with us. Make a soft drink and call it a successor to Coca Cola and see what happens.
I can totally get why you would not want this. Since this is Stardock's largest game yet, the last thing you want to have happen is for it to be overshadowed by a game with a similar name and that tries to
One thing you should allow is for the player to see the weapons they have chosen for a ship during edit mode. It can be a bit annoying to have to go into weapon select mode and see how the ship looks with the weapons and keep on making small adjustments until it is correct.
⅄ to me looks a lot like 人 which means people in Japanese (and Chinese) so to me their name seems like "red people."
TBH, I couldn't tell that the wormhole positions were generated randomly for me. Each game, it seems like they are generated in the exact same position. I have played a good amount of games since this update, but it hasn't changed.
