Which OS are you using, and does your logoff/shutdown window have a titlebar & drop down box, or has 3 buttons for the options on it?

Which apps are these?
The issue with caps doing num lock etc is resolved and I thought the very latest download had the fix. If not 1.03 will do so. If you have a problem with it jumping back then it means MP believes the connection between the machines has been dropped. If you disable clipboard sharing support, does it still happen? If you suffer from any slow down it means either your network is very busy at the time which is preventing the mouse move messages arriving as quickly as t
Its not OD thats caused that, you have double clicked on the window client area at some point and thats why the titlebar vanished. To revert it back just double click on the grey area surrounding the window (say under the new task button) and your menu & titlebars will return.
It depends on the game and how it controls the mouse / hotkeys. If the game has a cursor which can move to the edge of the screen then seamless switching should work. If the game doesn't then hotkey switching may work unless the game has disabled hotkeys while it is running (some do). I would download the trial & see if it does what you want.
What happens between it working & it not working?
It turns yellow when it is copying data via the clipboard.
Thats an advanced user option and isn't enabled by default. It may be that by sending lots and lots of tiny packets to the secondary machine it is exposing some sort of leak which gradually makes processing the packets more & more cpu intensive.
Does it appear black?
Older versions of WindowBlinds do not allow transparency to be used in the statusbar. Newer versions do and that skin you are running is using it. Solutions are either to upgrade to a newer WB build (if on XP - non XP doesn't support it either with WB 4.5), or modify that pink statusbar image to make it a different colour. A newer WB will also show those combo box & scrollbar arrows that are missing in your screenshot.
Please check the date of your dll. 4.59d should resolve this.
What network card do you have?
The very latest beta release of WindowBlinds on ObjectDesktop resolves this. The problem was caused by an incorrect usage of the themes api by Microsoft and we will be reporting this to them.
Ctrl-alt-del has always caused CAD to occur on both the primary & the secondary machine when you are controlling a remote machine. Ctrl-alt-backspace should be used instead. We are looking into this capslock = numlock issue thats been reported here.
ctrl-alt-backspace can simulate ctrl-alt-del on the secondary without causing taskmanager to show on the primary. ctrl-alt-end quits MP.
What version of WB are you running? It looks like the startbutton issue is a bug in the skin which has bad settings which show up when your startbutton is made taller than usual (you seen to have large fonts enabled which is why that happens)
A disconnect every 5 seconds points to MP deciding the remote PC isn't connected anymore (as it runs a check every 5-6 seconds) This can happen with a mismatch of MP 1.01 (or later) on the primary and 1.0 on the secondary. Can you post the dates & sizes of all the files in the MP directory on your secondary machine please. Also as a test, what happens if you set the primary machine to be a secondary & the secondary machine to be the primary?
If this happens then it probably means a shareware file was left on the machine (most likely on the secondary machine). Please totally remove the app from the secondary machine (check the original dir has been removed - if not then delete it) and then reinstall.

WindowBlinds 4.51 supports 64 bit XP for example. Yes some parts are 32 bit (wbconfig for example), but it doesn't need access to more than 4GB of RAM and would gain little from the added registers so why would we port it to 64 bit? Our policy is to reuse the 32 bit parts of the apps as much as possible as this reduces testing overhead, development time & is unlikely to have any impact on the speed of the apps. Any parts which need to be 64 bit (wblind64.dll for
We believe we have reproduced & fixed this internally. Its actually a case of firefox & thunderbird preventing KS from doing something so the KS dll gets stuck waiting for an event which never happens.
Ensure you are running the latest WB. Earlier versions could cause this to happen as the Yahoo skinning conflicted with the WB skinning.
Well WindowBlinds 4.51 skins XP 64 bit (both 32 bit and 64 bit apps) Likewise the latest WindowFX beta runs on XP 64 bit. Other OD apps may not currently run on XP 64 bit, or may have some minor issues.
What version of WB is this?
The OB issue is a bug in OB I believe. Regarding the rebooting secondary machines, MP should automatically detect the disconnect & reconnect and reconnect transparently once the machine comes back up.
