Internal Reference: ODNT-12482 I tried unplugging all my external monitors and flipping taskbar features back on and the thumbnail preview was working. I then readded my HDMI monitor (monitor 4) and the thumbnail preview still worked on both. I then added 2 and 3 back in (both connected to a dock via USB-C connector) and the taskbar disappeared completely, so I restarted it using start11 options above

My thumbnail previews when I hover over my pinned taskbar is completely broken now, no previews show up at all. Tried messing with the settings but nothing changed. Tried to re-install and the issue still persisted. Currently using triple monitors. Unfortunately will have to keep "Let Start11 enhance the taskbar" disabled until this gets resolved. Windows 11 ver. 25H2 (OS

Items are grouped based on AppID, for this to stop working means the other explorer windows simply do not share the same ID which I have to confess I have never seen myself. What other explorer additions might you have running? Does this happen if you disable enhanced taskbar in Start11?

The clock freezing isn't a Start11 thing, it is a Windows thing. There are reports on the internet from users not running Start11 too and Start11 does not provide or paint the clock on the taskbar. We believe it is more common with seconds enabled on the taskbar clock which we do expose as a setting and have heard there is a link between heavy use of Task View and the issue (without S11) With regards to other issues, we would be interested in knowing more information on
OK... I posted that too soon. I had to reboot my computer after installation. So it appears that version 2.72 has now solved the problem of launching multiple instances of programs pinned to the taskbar. May be worth the price of the upgrade... Maybe. But I'm concerned that we have to pay for a bug fix.
Yes always reboot after an upgrade. This issue seems to be new to

The uptime information comes directly from the OS itself. It is not saved information. Are you sure your computer is not going into hibernation mode or sleep instead? If you open taskmanager and go to the performance tab, does the up time shown on the CPU page match DeskScapes?
I have encountered the same problem. Start11 essentially sees two instances of anything on the task bar, and if you move the icons, it may launch two different programs; the one you want plus the one that used to be in that position. I solved the problem by turning off "Let Start11 enhance the taskbar." That is, set the On/Off button to Off. Then the task bar will operate as you would expect. Definitely a p
Thanks for the quick beta. This is better, but still not what Windows does. Windows does it by just Shift + Right Click. I'm just wondering why this was implemented as "hover over the icon and right click" rather than Shift + Right Click.
I think there is some confusion here? Right click over the icon produces the jump list. SHIFT + right click on the icon produces the menu
