Seems unfair to me. Giving each minor empire their moment in the sun was a noble idea. I switched to the Evil Empire then back again to the ANZACs with no problems. But then, I am not such an exalted player. Probably no one even noticed.

Also, they might have some "Military improvement" resourses, that they are fully developing. Never been sure exactly what these do. If they do have some, take them over for yourself. Could be expensive in ships though.

Wittman. Increase the size of the Windows Swap File. That will cure your problem. Make it 3MB if you have enough RAM spare.

Use them to shift population from planets with a moral problem, to your best quality planets, to boost the population and production. This is not the right forum for tactics info. ;)

All these proposed changes to the game are very interesting, BUT.. I find it difficult enough, as it is, to work out how to play without a printed manual. If it was any more complicated, I would give up. I hate and ignore PDF manuals. They are too expensive to print out.

I agree with what someone said earlier. What about planets and resources that can only be exploited when you have the right technology.
