Awesome! I'm glad you found that setting. Not sure when that was added, but definitely an improvement. [e digicons][/e] I don't use multiple monitors, so it was grayed out in my settings and I missed it in the change logs, or maybe it's always been there and I never saw it.

Something I have noticed with this (2.5.2.1) update is that in the Windows 10 style, the selection rectangle on the last shortcut clicked remains when you open the start menu again until you mouse over the menu. This not a big deal for me, just wanted to bring it to your attention. Windows 11 Pro - 22631.4890 EDIT: After a recent restart, this behavior has been resolved.
Glad to Help. The Windows 10 style menu is very customizable. I use the Windows 10 style menu and have 233 Shortcuts and 27 Tabs, on two pages. I use the start11 menu to get to every app, folder, and file I use regularly. Here is what mine looks like.
With the Windows 10 style, use the Advanced options: You can also adjust the Global Menu Scaling in the Visual appearance, but you might also need to adjust the Font sizes.
I don't believe that option is available in the current version of Start11v2, but it has been requested several times.
There is one advantage to posting in the WinCustomize Wallpapers & Dream Galleries, and that is they are automatically integrated into the DeskScapes config app. This makes it easy for DeskScapes users to download and apply desktop backgrounds. I don't know if when a wall is downloaded from DeskScapes if it is added to the total downloads count in WinCustomize, but Doc or Jafo could probably answer that. <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/69/28/6928565/f030ddd4-80a5-473c-862

I'm not sure what you are complaining about. The WinCustomize Gallery is basically the Sed & AzDude site, and has been for quite a while. At the beginning of the February 2025. it says: Show Us What You Got, Or Created, inviting others to post.
pelaird, just checked. Yes, it appears that has been selected with the 'Let Windows choose..' option. Here's my screenshot:
Just trying to eliminate possibilities. [e digicons][/e]
basj, that setting was already in place and the situation remains the same. Neil Banfield, I have been using Deskscapes 8 with Win 11 for years with no issues. But to see for myself, I installed Deskscapes 11 two days ago using the 30-day trial. Deskscapes 11 has the same issue: total black screen.
Just to clarify, you do have "Animate controls and elements inside Windows" turned on in System Properti
What happens if you right click the app in the "All apps" list?
Glad to help. Hope everything works out okay for you. [e digicons][/e]
Start11v2 is totally compatible with Windows 10, so if you install it on your Windows 10 PC, you can then turn on the option to sync your Windows menu with the Start11 menu. After your get things the way you want, you can back up your settings in the Start11 config app. <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/69/28/6928565/f9578a3f-1c1f-4
Not really understanding these additions. Please add screen captures to show where these options reside. Adds in new option on appearance menu to let you pick if the background should use the selected color or not EDIT: Okay so I found "Do not paint a solid color background," but it doesn't work if you have a Background texture applied. Added a new option to make all apps / more buttons to only show on mouseover on
Essentially, Microsoft would like to target the same group of people that is willing to spend 1,200 dollars every two years on their smart phone just for a replacement battery and new operating system (bundled with unnecessary hardware). Fortunately, Microsoft has not had very much success going this route.
If I didn't know better?, I would say this amounts to a type of collusion between Microsoft, PC Manufacturer

You should try running the Windows Update troubleshooter, and see if you can now update.

False Alarm! Microsoft isn't actually removing support for Intel 8th, 9th, and 10th gen CPUs. The list that was published which dropped these CPUs was only for OEM manufacturers. Please give us your full Windows version (Use winver.exe for this info), and your full Start11 version. Thanks
If you are not using the Enhanced Taskbar, you can only apply a custom start button if the taskbar is Left aligned.
Check in this folder "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs" and see if the Tracker Software apps are loose, or in a folder named Tracker Software. If they are loose, you can create a folder here and name it Tracker Software. Then drag all the PDF-Xchange apps into this folder. They should then appear in a folder in your All Apps list.
Congrats on your remission! [e digicons][/e]
