I have discovered quite by accident that Win + Space toggles the taskbar setting for Maximized and Non-Maximized settings. I'm wondering if this is by design with the Enhanced taskbar or just a coincidence. Typically in Windows 10 and 11, Win + Space switches between your installed input languages and keyboard layouts. Okay, good to know. I missed that, but was able to include the app again by deleting the entry in the ExcludedApps folder in the Registry, which I assume is what the "Manage exclusion" function does.
There doesn't seem to be a way to include windows from an app once it has been excluded.
