what determines how long the clock shows up when you press turn in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

right now whenever I research weapons theory in my game i clikc turn and the clock shows up on the turn button and never goes away! there are no battles going on, and my cpmuter is way overkill for galciv, wtf is up?

i mean, what else can you do on certain turns. you have a governer managing social developments, battleship research 36 months away, and a fleet moving to a location that will take 7 months to get there.

my military rating seems to be very erratic- one turn its 87 and then another turn its 137. whats up with that?

HOW do you bring up the stupid troop loading panel? HELP! in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

For loading colony ships and transports, you have to move a slider, but where is it? its not anywhere on the damn screen and I cant figure out how to bring it up. Is there a step by step way you have to do this? Please help im a big newb and im going insane trying to figure it out. [Message Edited]
