if that is the case then it should not be your pc... maybe if you right click on the image place holder and then chose "Show Picture" if it loads most likely the site was just a bit on the busy side when you first loaded the page... if it will not load then the site may have a dead link to the picture.

I have a suggestion... if your using XP create a new user with admin rights and install litestep as the default shell for that new user. If this is a yes then it can be corrected by renaming the normal.dot to .bak and then restart word. it will creat a new blank document for new docs. if thats not what you mean please clarify. <img src="
You failed to mention what you would like to use to change the icons... the OS's built in interface is right click on the desktop for all Microsoft OS's and then chose properties. select desktop tab... each one is different from that point. are you talking about a specific prog like Icon packager?

Are "unmoderated" skins only journeymen and above? Or do some skins by pass moderation due to sheer quantity?
oh... I was under the impression that on occasion skins may be approved from the que but given an auto rating of 6 because it was not rated by any admin.
I have read in the past that if a skin is not actually rated. It receives a 6 rating... Is this so? and if so, is it possible to just leave the skin as unrated instead of the default 6. Or would that mess with the way downloads are controlled? I know that unregistered users can only download an 8 or higher. Although some users don't care about the ratings and say they are over rated... M

Not all programs react equally when they are skinned. try excluding excite messenger from being skinned in the windowblinds options. Obviously it will no longer be skinned but it will be readable.
