the top edge appears to be cut abruptly... by about 5 pixels maybe less... unless of coarse this is all for not because the author of the theme intended it to be that way... hmmmmm

IPlural goodmorphing put up a screen shot of it... @ #30 no matter what adjustments she makes on her monitor it can not fix her issue... is has to be software or driver.

My point was if you connect to any server you can see the ip from that connection. hardly secretive... on the other hand attaching a specific person to that ip... I can the complications with that.

I don't think that the monitor visual settings will affect the screen shot... you could set the verticle halfway off the screen and the screen shot would still look normal or not normal in Blondie66's case...

does windowblinds control the screen area used? My experience in litestep tells me that you can adjust the area used as the "desktop" I do not know if a negative value is possible but could the uis of a windowblind skin change the window/desktop area? I agree with goodmorphing a screen shot would be useful in deciding what the problem is... but it sounds like MAYBE your IE is not maximized but the window is stretched larger then the screen resolution... if you right click the IE tab on the taskbar and choose maximize does it adjust itself. Some web page pop up adds have a habit of messing with this setting. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif"

When I installed the google search bar I read the policy... I accept them using my search info... they are not hiding anything and it clearly states that when you activate the advanced features it WILL send info to google. It's only an issue if you can't read... or like the search bar advanced features and want to use them but won't because of the policy.. aahhh

Non members do see a pop up on wincusto... this has been discussed already... if your a member and your logged in to the site you will not see the pop up... if you regularily log off wincusto then each time you return to log on you will get the pop up.

C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch this if for XP it uses the users name so it may need some other path info to make it work.

HuronJoe the reason Outlook 2002 opens Outlook Express is because OE is the default for Newreader. to change this setting go to Internet Explorer options then choose the Programs tab then under Newsgroups change the default program to Outlook 2002... as for your issues with OE try doing a full uninstall then reinstall it. (after uninstalling it make sure to delete its folder in the Programs directory of C:\)

also are you using any ad blocking or web cleaning software ... if so they may be blocking some images mistakenly... some software firewalls have these type of blocks.

Yes they do show however... if your not a subscriber to wincustomize ( I don't mean a member) then your on a different server then I am ... and the conditions would be different.
