services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp you need to add the http to the begining of this to complete the url. This may not work completely properly this is the way outlook express connects to the msn servers. Also you do need the @hotmail part. the msn mail/hotmail serves ppl with more then just the hotmail extension so there could be 3 tims @passport or @msn etc. hope this helps but I have not tried it. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/notsure.gif" border=0

Windows icons are not just .ico files. They are contained in various executable ie: Explorer.exe and also in various .dll's to name them all is not possible most programs exe contain the icon you see. Citizen d1g3r4t1 Consider the possibility that you had your browser open at the same time and like many websites out there today they try and push gator/search toolbar and others at you thru a popup script that you must click ok to activate. so you mouse went to the button you clicked and now you have a scum/spy or ware of some sort. if you want to have pictures with links in them on your desktop you basically need to make a webpage put the html document and the pictures your using into the web folder under windows in explorer. and activate "active desktop" under winMe or earlier if your using XP chose customize desktop from the Display properties and chose new and browse to your web page. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif"

I looked at the .bmp's for the popup menu and they are grey... so it gets instruction for the colour ( whether it be Maroon or black from somewhere ) any idea what could be changed to tweak it to a colour of my choice? any OB themers that could assist me with this?

Ok fair enough... any idea why the right click menu of OB changed from the TOON XP maroon too Black? I can close OB and restart OB... it goes thru importing Windowblinds theme and ends up black.
