The UN has made the USA international cops by over using their military and continuously appointing them as lead in military actions. "Open Submenus when I pause on them with my mouse" this is the only option available to you. With this option selected ... press start then all available choices require you to click on then to open the sub menu. however other menus... shall we say sub menus of sub menus will open automatically. When using the wincustomize browser and I am reading a thread that is more then one page. if you are behind a router... which is a NAT fire wall, regardless of your Operating system it will not know your real IP. I have also experienced the same sort of problem. I found out that in my case I had set the cursor to hide while typing. I disabled that feature of the mouse properties and it no longer flickered when I played full screen games.
