I've changed from SpyderbyteGraphX (LOL) to sbgFX to causticFX now to nauticalpixel. Avatar changes as the weather does here.

For one month, give or take a day, I've been sick, too. Quite so. Can't be without a toilet within eye-shot. Quite annoying, actually. But it's my only symptom. Trouble is, I'm in the washroom easily 12-20 times a day. Or more. And yes, I'm seeking medical help hehe.. It's all under control (much as it can be). But yea, sick. Quite rare for me, too. Don't know what this is. Not viral (according to tests), not bacterial, it's not IBS or colitis (more tests I had done).

Well, assuming that whatever's contributed to your decision to leave is a positive thing, I wish you the best, mate. Now my wallpapers have a chance. *g* But if there's something that could be fixed, remedied, discussed, you'd let us (me?) know, right? :) In any case: Your work brought exceptional talent and skill to the galleries and I'm rather disheartened to see you go. Thanks for sharing the work you did, with us.

Just curious how I can update my long outdated site URL and e-mail? Currently, I believe the one on file with Stardock is [email protected] But I need this to be: [email protected] And my URL (on my profile) changed from causticfx.com to nauticalinteractive.com Or am I just thick in not seeing how to? Is there anyone that could, if whim and interest permits, do it for me? I'd love you to bits. Thanks.. :)

I say bad idea of a joke, people. See reply 24. BoXXi said:
I leave here an open invitation for anyone to use my work in any way they want without my permission as I wont be available to give it.
So for all he knows, 1000 people could have taken or used his work for derivative works by now. I deeply doubt he'd do that, if this was some kind of joke. Hm?

As for the April Fools idea, I doubt it.
I leave here an open invitation for anyone to use my work in any way they want without my permission as I wont be available to give it.
Afterall, he did just give total permission to whomever to use whatever in any way they see fit. Bad move if this is some kind of joke. So I doubt it's an April Fools thing.

Hm. Keep at it. That's my best advice. Just keep at it. Find some wallpaper artists you admire and use them as inspiration. Keep practicing, evolve. Make adjustments: don't get in a design rut (do as I say, not as I do.. heh). When you think you're getting good: work at it even more, with more vigor, with more zest and enthusiasm. Keep practicing. Just when you feel your 'skillz' are such that you 'blow most others out of the water', keep at it. Ya see what I'm gettin

It's not ego that pushes us to excel, to succeed, to keep trying. That's tenacity, strength. That's even fortitude and, for many of us (me included), principle. I guess, again, many think confidence and ego are the same thing, still. They're simply not. It's not an ego that drives a fireman into a building to save a life. It's, at least in part, bravery. It's not an ego that evokes introspection for the purpose of self-improvement. It's the desire to be more, try more. <br
Like it or not it's a pre-requisite of existence/sentience
Then I submit you're not using the most correct word (when you use 'ego'). There is no need for the 'ego'. It's not intrinsically human. It's an additive. Unnecessary, at that. Humility, strength, the courage of our convictions, fortitude, tenacity, gratitude are all beautiful things and even if one doesn't currently practice these, they can all be learned. But nowhere in there (or in life) is having an e

Whether one agrees or disagrees with my post here doesn't matter: It's just my observation/s experience/s.. The ego is an ugly thing. I submit right here that no one needs even a smidgen of ego: it stands to only get in the way. In the way of enlightenment. In the way of true self-discovery. In the way of proper communication. Ego is an obstructing force no matter how I look at it or from what angle. Ego = Ugly. Where one may improve themselves, one often does not because the e
WOW . . this is one old post!!
I was sitting here, reading it from the very first page, thinking to myself: "Er.. Add an image to a post.. And?.. Isn't this old news? Guess not". So I kept reading. And reading. And reading. But then I realized the smilies were all of the old ones and I went "huh?". Now I get it: you rejuvenated an old (very old) thread. LOL.. Meso stupid sometimes. *smacks forehead and continues browsing the forums*
