Since Ashes seems to be all about alleviating micro-management where possible, I've got some suggestions. First, have production facilities with paused queues show up when clicking the 'idle factory' icon. Second, introduce a 3rd 'idle' type icon, this one for untapped resources around your claimed power generator. Given the scale of everything, the difference between a tapped and untapped resource point can be difficult to tell unless you zoom out to just the right level.
