Mmmh first the Diplomats were a normal Empire. Thenn there came the core forum. And the Core grew and grew to a nice community site. Then it drifted away from GC. Es gibt ein graphik tool, leider habe ich ka wo man dass noch her bekommt. der alte link funzt nich mehr. Die Ability 28 ist Logistics, das wurde in einem Patch implementiert und ist im ursprünglichen GCWriter nicht gecodet. In den neuen versionen (2.0.0.2 oder so) ist das feature implementiert. Ansonsten kannst du die .IMP datein mit einem einfachen txt editor bearbeiten und es manuell einfügen

Well, generally it is better to add mods to the basic GC folder. AP will check the GC base folders for informations anyway (most tech files only exist in the base game folders). If you want your the mod to be available for both games it MUST be in the GC folders, if it is only supposed to be for AP, place it in the AP folders. There is a smal amount of mods that are specifically designed for AP (or parts of the mods), the normally would tell you to place them into the AP folders, at

Well, you dl the mod and unzip it into the mods/data dolder of you GalCiv; then you run GC, open the menu and activate mods; after restarting GC, the game knows that the mod is there. For writing mods you either use a text editor (e.g notepad) or you can use the GalCiv Writer
