1. bump 2. does it run, some told me it won't work with WineX? 3. How may SDC work without a Win partition or VMWare? I plan to setup a Linux box soon thats why i'm doing research on all my favorite games and on all places i can gather infos. And of cause i get many different (yes and no) infos on the same topic (:(

well some have developed the tactic to playy multiple maso games per day. As far as i know its impossible to do such copying of saves, because there are more datas submitted then showing in the Meta-score-board

No.1: You don't need rescources to build Starbases just place a SB close to the sector you want to reach and it expands yout range No.2: You are still the only one who can sell that TG. You still recive the income. But be carefull about selling them, becaus the AI gets the boni too if you sell it to them Hope that helped

If you are on a planet screen there is a button at the lower left, were you can see all important planet infos. You can see the TGs on the idividual races screens

For you planets the most important are PQ enhancers (like soil enhancement, terraforming), economy enhancers (like bank, stock exchange) and if needed moral improvements (Ent. network, multimedia center) And after that other stuff like production imps. and others, when needed. Otherwise (if you build more then needed, or even all imps.) you will get into depth.

I haven't seen any negativ effect inflicted by mods i use ore made, only if they are overdone (like moding in a +100%PQ vor PPs)

Some techs are only available with higher ratings then the minimum (e.g. Hyperwarp). but there is no other special bonus. Übrigens freut es mich hier mal einen deutschsprachingen Spieler zu sehen, scheint es nur weninge zu geben, oder alle haben sich nur die englischen Data files geholt. PS: Vorsicht bei überschneidungen E/D kann es zu problemen führen
