Where are you paying $ 1.79 to the pound? The rate according to The Bank of England is 1.2476 dollars to the Pound. as of 7 Sept. . This is about .$.80 to 1 pound or $15.99 = 12.8166 pounds at the 7 Sept quote. I could see your point if the rate was 1.79 to 1 that would be cheaper for you. As it is it appears that if 13.40 Pounds is the price Steam puts on the game that you gripe is with Steam it would be them that are charging the extra $0.04 per pound not Stardock. Also it may
I would take the reverse option to this issue, do not stockpile manufacturing credits, slow down the production and research. Even on "very slow" I am still producing ships in one turn and getting research done in 2 in the latter part of the mid game. I am having research done in 3 to 5 in the early game. Way too fast, the early techs are just speed bumps into the later ones. On marathon speeds I want to enjoy the early and mid-game as long as
Hello - in the lategame, you often have enough manufacturing/military/research to complete multiple improvements/ships/technologies (hereafter "IST") within one turn. Instead of giving you multiple IST, it appears to give you 1 IST, and save some of the production towards the next IST. It is less of an issue with planetary improvements and buildings, but the way military can be made to scale with manufacturing makes it quite easy to achieve for ships. The lore text
Would not know as I stopped auto exploring in games after the first time I played Civ 2 and the unit headed of to nowhere I think it wanted to die heroically against a Barbarian. Rule I have had since then " Never ever, ever auto explore". Then I like my surroundings explored systematically not in some chaotic random mess.
There is an in game Encyclopedia coming soon it was not quite ready for 1.80.
Always been a glitch in GalCiv where if you send a ship on a long voyage where the shortest path to the ships destination it might go through out of range territory. Usually happens when to keep the ship "in range" would cause it to take say 35 hexes to get there instead of 15.
Hello, I finally got my game switched to Steam and managed to play several hours. Stardock is making a lot of friends with their help for people like me who got into epic first and had fun but really wanted to get to steam. I was at the point that I was almost ready to pay for it. I had one clear wish for the game that stood out for me, namely the "search area" on the upper right of the screen. Currently one can list y
I really just want a clearification. Is it possible in Supernova to get rid of unwanted Pops? At least certain Races should be able to do that, right?
No, you can put them in colony ships and sail them near to monsters or pirates where you may just end up with a dead colony ship.
The Torians had the culture perk that causes every AI to go to war when you capture their Home world. It is works as designed at the moment although many others have noted this action.
There are several Tech lines that require you to select certain traits or abilities. Mouseing over your choices will tell you the various groups available.

If it were not for that crime based Civ I would say remove crime altogether. On second thought I say remove that Civ or change them to a freebooter Civ that can make life hell for everyone and must make life hell for everyone but not required to declare war to raid other Civs.
