lookin to the autorizathion, seems that i had it, but to be sure i gave full control to all the users and confirmed it, but the problem seems to persist... (screenshot to double check) any other possibilities?

ookay, doin' some checks, meanwhile: 2) no, no removable drive 3) no 4) 50,1 GB avaliable, 12 should be the minimum for GC3, right? 5) addedd, but unfortunately still not going. so my suspects goes for the cause n.1; how can i check it? if i manually create the folder for the specified directory i could solve the problem? Thanks for the assistance
