OK at the bottom of the SDC you will see the following: - Please make sure you have the 'show pre-release versions' check box ticked. You should then be able to download the Beta. JJ The Galactic Core . – Home of the Unofficial Mods Site –

Nice idea
Can you please start the game and get it into the game screen and then exit and post your debug.err (found in the galciv directory). The .err can be opened with notepad etc. Also make sure you have downloaded all of the available parts of the game from SDC. JJ
If you have Stardock Central installed on your machine please install and run the program SmartException. This little program will tell the devs soo much more info on the cause of the crash. The program creates a crash.exe which it then zips and you use the info provided to send the zip off to the bugs section where a dev can look into it. Just had a CTD from the race selection screen & seen as i never had one of those before the new Beta i took a screenie and sent the works (Crash.zip,
Looking great!! Just not sure about the vok image

Why not try the image in post #20? Might be easier to do it against that possibly...
its seems that my Game crashes every time to desktop when i finish a battle in the battle screen: It might be prudent to update both your graphic and sound drivers and then try it again. GCII needs really up to date drivers to work well and yours are a long time overdue an update.. Let us know how you get on after the update. JJ <br/
You guys should check out this link http://www.transformersmovie.com/
BTW i have the original theme song as an mp3 if anyone wants it for this mod

Dzhel does this happen if you start a fresh game? It is always preferable to not use previous saved games with new upgrades as there tends to be compatibility issues with doing so. Stardocks advise has been to always finish your current game before updating to the new build. JJ

Hmmm look at look at !!!

Cari, My interpretation of the 'random' setting next to the intelligence selection area in the game options window was that it created some movement in the races intelligence levels. This i believe was supposed to move slightly so that some races were more intelligent than others. However at present it is keeping some at the normal level and dropping others hugely. IE: - Debug Message: Drengin Empire: Intelligence -> 19 Debug Message: Yor Collective: Intelligence -> 42 Debug Mes
Jack-Jack, there are still only 12 levels of difficulty, but now there are 12 levels of intelligence when previously there were only 9. Sorry, My oopsie The random issue is stil a bug though right?? <img src="http://images.stardock.com/g
Terminus please try starting a fresh game and then see if the jewelery issue is still present. Sounds like a backward compatibility issue....
Also the new levels do not appear to be in the new build! There are still only 12 levels to choose from. Also confirm the randon race level does not work fully: 0 Debug Message: Drengin Empire: Intellence -> 19 Debug Message: Yor Collective: Intellence -> 42 Debug Message: Drath Legion: Intellence -> 53 Set to 'Normal' with randomize selected I am not getting the mountain issue as of yet.
As with all upgrades it is advised that you complete your current game before upgrading. You should also archive the game in SDC before installing the Beta, just in case the Beta has major problems and you need to return to a stable build. JJ
