Could be worse, Mason. I once had a girlfriend tell me I had doe's eyes. Hey, I say, whatever works. (winking and smiling)

Prose or poem. I don't know which. Some thoughts, I guess. looking ====== fury in the storm fading light behind the eyes sleeping babe in church <P STYLE="m
Trudy and Ted, Happy Birthday -- I don't comment much, but I do read you. Congrats!
Yes, this happens to me too. Being a "people pleaser" type, I get pretty concerned about potentially hurting their feelings about not being memorable. I usually duck for cover by saying I remember them vaguely, then by quickly shifting the conversation to mutual acquaintences and what they're up to now. (I'm so ashamed )
Congrats, I can see the makings of a great teacher. About jumping to conclusions -- don't knock it: people like me get their exercise that way. (a fair bit of our income too, I might add)
...now you've got me going ...now I'm thinking an electric guitar, That sort of fits (button, strap, boom) but not quite... don't tell me, don't tell me. I love riddles...even though there's not necessarily a "right" answer.
Me too. But I never went to med school for it. -- that is some scary sheeit man
I figure if I keep reading your posts, Mason, I'll get to learn a fair bit of US geography on the side. You could probably market your own line of educational software (like Carmen Sandiego)...hmm, where in the US is MasonM I'll bet you hardly ever have to use a map yourself, though.
I enjoyed my urology rotation during my internship. Mind you, it was 25 years ago, but I remember we had these neat erectile prostheses and nocturnal penile tumescence monitors we'd use on our patients. Probably stone age compared to what they have now. I envy your pocket PC - I just have a Palm and one of my favourite Apps DiagnosisPro runs only on the former and on Windows so far. Nice to hear from you, and nice to hear that your life isn't just about work. <img src="http://
Cool. Them what sow chaos reap chaos. Besides the suicide bomber, I also had visions of exploding milkweed pods, spreading their seed chaotically. Loved it.
We're gettin' some snow here in Southern Ontario over Easter weekend. Blow some of that "warmer" air up here will you? (smiles and winks)
I didn't get married till I was 31. I remember feeling like this. It's like being homesick while not knowing where home is. Dallas Green of AlexisOnFire, a local band speaks to that poignantly. Comin' Home ...this loneliness and frustration will only bring you closer to your life's love.
Don't have much to add. Comes with the territory of being a parent from what I've seen. I've been to our local emergency centre a few times and it didn't matter that I was a doctor. I still had to take my turn. Sounds like you're doin' double duty there though. Hang in there Tex.
Love it! Evil, mysterious, sloth. You probably could have worked in all the 7 deadly sins with some lenght! Hey, but I've still got a few more stories in me. thanks.
It suits you. When I grow a mustache, I just end up lookin' like one of the village people.
Nice montage, great family!
Interesting read. Well written. Thanks Mason. Appreciate it. What an obnoxious character. I was really hooked from the word go, mate. I had fun describing him. I hope nobody notices my vicarious pleasure! Cool how that first paragraph clicked (like...synapses?) nd flowed. Well done! If the JUWC wa
oh, sweeet ....but not enough to eat.
Take the day off!! Here's a note.
Buon compleano! That and the recipes is all that's left of my Italian heritage. May you have fun fun fun today!
Interesting. I sometimes wonder how many times things have had to be re-invented or truths re-discovered only due to the destruction of libraries during military conquest. Many, no doubt.
Yeah, I figure if I colored my hair, had some of my age spots lasered, sebaceous cysts removed, wrinkles injected with botox and collagen, teeth veneered, lost 20 pounds and firmed my muscles up I just might look younger. But then I get tired just thinkin' 'bout that stuff. It's funny, people at work usually tell me I look about seven years younger than I actually am, but the women that come on to me are usually about ten years older. Oops! Did I say that out loud? <img src="http://images.stardo
Many Catholics organize group Seder meals as a reminder of Christ's Jewish heritage. These are often held on Holy Thursday to commemorate the Last Supper. Thank you for this lovely summary of the significance of the Passover.
OK, so this time I thought I'd try to be more descriptive. Still kinda machine-gunny though. WWW Link
The deliciously pungent fumes from the double order of Gnocchi Gorgonzola wafted in gentle spirals and into Rychter’s yielding nostrils. Synapses clicked and well-exercised salivary glands ached out their abundant anticipation. He wobbled monolithically toward his desk. Big. By any measure, Dr. Gordon Rychter was gargantuan.
