Thank God for mother nature, she does the healing, us docs get the credit! So glad you got a good night's sleep, though. My dad has been getting up with pain at night for the past 50 years, after having had two herniated discs. Sofa to bed, bed to sofa. He was a magnet crane operator in a scrap yard for about 40 of those years and had to service his own machine. Here's wishing you better luck.

This list you've made up and your posing as someone else is doing nothing for your self-esteem, Jenn. You can't think very much of yourself at this point. How are you going to fix this?

It's good to be back in an area where people are friendly and willing to think about someone other than themselves. ...and it's good that you're able to ask for help. We guys get criticized a lot for not being able to stop and ask for directions. Sounds like you've gotten past that.

Remy saw the back of the man’s head. He saw him put his cell phone away, take the blowgun out and get ready to use it. Remy fired and the man dropped to the ground. Firing-first-and-asking-questions-later. That had always been Remy’s bad habit. Was it because he was bipolar? Remy thought about what had brought him here. -----

I really like your suggestion too. But I think we'll hold off on it until the next challenge, if you don't mind. Fine by me Maso, you're so polite! . Reworking Mason's: "Bus kills uncle seeking nicotine gum."

I've been thinking about street signs as metaphors for life. If I get a turn, maybe in a month or two, I'd might like to try this, or something similar: I loved Alan Moore's and Margaret Atwood's six-word stories best! Enjoyed all the ideas for topics so far. Habits and obsessions truly are fascinating. Constraining length seems like fun too.

anchovies? ahww.. now I'm hungry. I love to gross the kids out with those tasty yet furry little morsels with or without pizza. Now I have to eat something else salty cuz we're all out! BTW glad you found one of the good guys, Mason.
