Anytime I see the calculation on this it's clear she is paying for the theft of a lot of other people as well as herself. To me that throws it into the category of (again) Witch hunt / goat sacrifice / Jackpot Justice. If they catch even a decent percentage of these people and the penalty is applied similarly, which of course it would have to be in order to claim "justice", just think how many times all those songs are going to be paid for, at least in theory (let's face it, most p

The only Diamond skin that I know of (and I could always be wrong) is a MyColors theme, and for some reason it does have a tendency to be problematic. Plus I'm not sure how well a MyColors theme might behave with the WindowBlinds trial. Try downloading and using the Lexan skin from the WB gallery here, it's another XP glass-style skin. Well I was hoping someone a little more informed than me might pick up on this but I guess not, so too bad for you... Short answer is that Adobe doesn't follow the conventions for assigning colors and such. I don't think I see a problem with highlights so much. What I do see is a frequent problem with dark skins making the tools sections and the statusbars illegible because dark text ends up on a dark background. It doesn't annoy me that she got prosecuted for stealing something, fine. What does annoy me is that this is yet another instance which clearly demonstrates that the legal system has become a big fat slot machine or lottery. Pop in a lawyer and see if you can hit the jackpot. That is indeed a much bigger problem. The courts are here to attempt to maintain some sense of justice. I don't see it here.
