Within WBConfig- After adjusting transparencies, you should be able to click on the objects to reset them - Start Menu, Taskbar, Window Frames, Menus. While the UI is in Dark Mode, as far as I can tell Start Menu and Taskbar don't respond, Window Frames and Menus do. "Reset All" button still works. I let the standard patches come as they come, without clicking on "Check for updates". I let the semi-annual "Feature Updates" sit for a couple of months before I load them - I started doing that a couple of years ago after MS turned around and pulled one of them for a week or two to fix it. I just now looked at my update screen and oddly I see that I have a couple of updates sitting there. They will continue to sit.

Thanks for the heads-up, I hadn't noticed that. I was a big fan of vertical tabs many years ago when I was using Opera, and I missed those when I switched. You can really stack those tabs up. Edge is my secondary browser, I use it for sites that I want to leave open. I have a tendency to mindlessly exit the browser I use generally. I don't have anything against Edge, and vertical tabs definitely go into the "Plus" column.

I'll have to admit that I have a slight case of "Covid Fatigue". Been wearing a mask for not quite a year now, fully expect to be wearing one for another year more or less. That would be a WindowBlinds skin and it would require that WindowBlinds be installed to use it. If you have WindowBlinds installed also, just double-click on the .wba file to install it and use WindowBlinds to load it. I think you're misunderstanding what the All Programs Background is. It's not an area on top of the Start Menu, it's part of the Start Menu. Here's a Start Menu with a fully transparent All Programs Background, it just makes a big hole: So, from you image above, I'd think that you'd want the right side of the All Program

You do want to reboot after you've installed it. If it doesn't skin after that, open up Start10 and make sure that on the very first screen "Windows 7 Style" is selected: I have to go fight with the weather now so I'll be disappearing for awhile.

The glyph works for me with these settings. There is no tiling setting for the glyph, maybe you're seeing the taskbar setting in the code editor: The glyph paints in actual size, as long as it fits, and won't stretch if you resize the taskbar. Come to think of it, if you want the black area to remain solid when you adjust taskbar transparency in WBConfig, a better option would be to add an additional layer for the taskbar and lock in the black area with the left margin. The new layer doesn't need to be the same size as the taskbar itself. I think the start button painting margins started being ignored on Win10 (maybe Win8?). I think your start button is not as tall as your taskbar is painting and it's getting centered vertically. You could make the button as tall as the taskbar to cover the top and bottom. If you make it taller it will get shrunk vertically to fit. I don't know of any way to get rid of the space between the start button and the first taskbar button, I'm pretty sure you're stuck with

You need to edit the Taskbar button image to either increase or decrease the space between each frame. Keep in mind the painting margins I told you about in the other post.
