You can turn it off by applying a wallpaper as you usually would through Windows. You can also turn it off by clicking on the "?" in the upper right corner and selecting "Disable DeskScapes". Then you should revert to the last non-DeskScapes wallpaper you were using. Also, you can have your normal non-animated wallpaper folders added in DeskScapes and choose one of those, but DeskScapes will still be "loaded".

I think the surest way is to look at the extracted dream folder. It will have a .hybrid file and often/usually/always(?) a .nwa file. Otherwise sometimes the description will mention it.
There aren't a lot of them out there. This will pull up several: https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/dream/search/hybrid ChaNinja made some. Some of his will come up in that search, but a couple or a few won't. This is a search on his work, it will include both Hybrid and non-Hybrid dreams and have some overlap with the first search, but there will be a few more Hybrids in there:

Do you have the Stardock folder here, with all the program shortcuts in it?: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Stardock If not, maybe see if it/they are in your recycle bin.
I still have it too. What I see is, if I right-click on the Stardock folder in Start10, it is referencing an empty folder located in C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs Again, that's just an empty folder. You might look in that path and see if you still have an empty folder named Stardock there, and if it's not, create one. Don't know that would fix it, but maybe? T

I'm clumsy in that area, but I believe the menu items use Controls/Toolbars/Normal Toolbars/Button (6 State) if it's defined. If that's not defined, it uses "Button".
