lol.. I finally figured it out. You guys had half of it right. I just got confused. It wasn't a software thing or anything like It hought. I had to put the Desktop toolbar in the startbar, and it let me move that to the top. Then i just added my own, and got rid of the Desktop. XD And yes.. I do feel like a dumbass.
Eh.. I just tried OD.. I didn't like it. That's kind of what i'm looking for, jsut not the same thing. Kinda like asking for a bagel and getting a doughnut.. xD
I've tried making my own. But it won't let me move outside of the taskbar.
Okay. So I realize that i'm getting 2 things put together. But either way, what's that toolbar at the top?

I think I have that.. I might have ObjectBar.. either way, I'm completely lost on it. If that's what it is, how do I get it to skin it like that?
Not those.. At the very top of the screen. Not on my screen, in the preview picture. It's got icons like WinDVD, Windows Media Player, Coolplayer, Winamp, etc.. [Message Edited]
Okay. In some of the skins, there's this thing in the picture. For the sake of this post, I'll refer to the YinYang Suite, since that's the one I'm using. At the top of the preview picture, there is a bar, that says "Toolbar" and has some stuff on it. But.. what is it? The description says "ToolBar Icon Support" but... what exactly is it? >.< Yes. I feel very stupid right now.
