Hi how can i play with other players in a galaly? when i try to play a multiplayer game (metaverse) every time i played alone! is it impossible to play with other "real" players?

hi guys, im played some singleplayer games and now i want to play with other real players. if i understand it right i must be an empire to play metaverse games with other players?! so who want me ^^ perhaps with some people who can speak german because my english isn't real good:-(
