Ok, Alison...that was no help at all.
Sooooo am I looking at you seven years ago?
Yep. That was taken outside of Tahoe High School before a gig while I was stationed in San Diego.
Too bad your opinions didn't match your looks!
I'd remind you that you only know the opinions of OckhamsRazor who is but one facet of me as a whole.
Mari requested her blog be deleted.
I feel satisfied that nothing will ever happen behind my back
How about up front? Can he say "hey, this chick wants to.....can I?" Would you say yes? Who here would say "Of course, dude. Have fun!" *crickets* I bring this up because there are two parts (at the least) to having an affair. One is the fact that you're having a pretty intimate act with someone other than your spouse,
Well played.
I'm a dead ringer for this guy...can't remember his name. Of course, he's about 7 years younger than I am.
Some responses in no particular order: For those of you that don't understand the use of the word "used," I will explain what I see. JU is a blog site. People come here and sign up for free. You get a nice white space and an editor. That is your "page." Let's say you blog for a while and become quite popular, like Little Whip, for example, because I sure as hell am not speaking about myself. You're told how lucky you are
The key is to minimize sale losses from piracy (which isn't the amount it's downloaded, but people who pirate the game instead of buying it)
Ironic that they actually caused players that WERE ready to buy it to pirate it instead. Generally speaking, piraters never have any plans of buying what they pirate - for whatever reason. So if someone pirates a game, it isn't a loss of a sale. There was never going to be a sale in the first place.
Hmm...I figure being used for marketing is like paying rent for my blogging.
I agree, and that's exactly what it is. I'd like the option to pay. Note, I didn't say I wanted to pay. I said I wanted the option.
Do you not like that I've wandered into the realm from WinCustomize, Ock??
No no...it isn't that at all. But the feel of the blog is gone because JU is so interconnected w
Some of you are kind of missing my point. The ads don't bother me at all. Being used does.
Ok 10 views, and just me commenting. EEEK. Maybe I left some people out :/
When I retire, maybe I'll start my own free blog site. No frills. No ads. Just a place for you all to be creative and associate with one another.
Long ago, JoeUser was just this free place to blog. And it was pointed out many times that "Hey...this was just a sideshow Brad started. He doesn't need it. He doesn't have to provide this place. Be grateful you have a place to blog...be grateful they provide server space for your mental wanderings." And we were. But notice what JU is now? There are some people here (not me) that attract a fairly large audience.
Users may now edit replies freely
Their own replies, you mean.
Do your best Bill Clinton voice: Hey she's hot...and she probably isn't frigid (like some women politicians I know...*cough*) Disagree with her all you like, but....I rather like her as a wom...person.
P.S. I guess that means Africans are racist against Black Americans.
Hard to say. The only racism I've ever encountered came towards me from black people. Let me rephrase. African-Americans. No, let me rephrase again. Black Americans. I qualify it this way out of respect for Africans. I've met lots of Africans, and they don't want to be associated in the slightest way with Black Americans that call themselves African-Americans.
One trip to West Africa is the ultimate eye opener on this subject.
Once upon a time you had to "make" the band. Meaning, you showed up at summer band camp your first year, and if you didn't perform well and show the right attitude, you weren't in the band. At some point band directors got hamstrung by spineless principals buckling under the pressure of idiot parents that thought every kid deserved to be in band (well, not every kid, but definitely THEIR kid). Gee whiz...I never saw Fumble Fingers Fudpucker wobbling down the
Me too. (I couldn't resist) Something else that has NEVER worked for me is the little "more" button in the article lists on my front page. Sometimes I want to find things that have scrolled away. I click the "more" thing and nothing happens.
I love the download. I just back the install up to disk and I don't have a box, advertisements, manuals I never read because I have gamefaqs.com at my disposal, and other sundries filling up my garbage can.
Well, in fairness, all sheeple can say is "Baaaah."
What's pathetic is his American counterparts, who plan to cast votes for this Obamination based on the exact same ignorance.
That's what will be written about democracy when it finally gets replaced with whatever's next (Y'all do read history, dontcha? Something WILL replace it...try playing Sid Meiers Civilization to get the feel for what I mean.) "It was a good idea except that idiots got to vote, too." Oooh...I just thoug
