I am all for this idea. The top 20 skinners, subscribers, journeymen...whatever, they get to upload "premium" content...for which they get a cut of the subscriptions based on the # of subscriber downloads. This in turn...allows all subscribers free reign on the "premium" content...but all non-subscribers can only look and drool. It's the absolute perfect incentive for both parties...skinners want $ and subscribers want better skins! All those non-subscribers now have a HUGE re

It means that because the skin has been updated from an older version, you should delete the old version of the skin as to not encounter any errors. If you have not downloaded the skin before, you have nothing to worry about.

/nick BadConnectionSim Sorry to hear that man, I suggest buying a rubik's cube or maybe one of those cube puzzle things with the little metal balls that you gotta tilt to get them in the hole...you know...to help pass the time. Good luck getting back soon. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images

On Winamp.com, they have a 5-star rating system, but they have half-stars too. Maybe if WC had half stars it would even out a bit more. You could still only give either a 10 or an 8.5, but that's closer than a 7. Also gotta remember, that relatively soon nobody will be able to see the old ratings or the old site, so they will become useless. The only way to change colors in a grey/black/white skin is to use SkinStudio's colorizing abilities. You won't be able to do it with Windowblinds alone. If you have SKS, edit the skin, and play with the coloring options there...I've managed to color a few grey skins to different colors. If you post a comment on a skin from someone's user page, the smilies get all messed up on WC. See https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=37&SkinID=141 as an example.

Ok, I'm not really good at scripting in DX, I only know the very basics of it. I also know that DX2.0 is old news, and you should definately be using DX2.2. The amount of changes since 2.0 is staggering. Try the new version...and maybe it will work better. Sorry I can't offer any more advice on the scripting...

Hehe, thanks for the interest GM. I guess no news is good news in this case. The problem seemed to have gone away, though surely thats just on the surface. In any case, I think I will just ride out the 1-yr lease, and move out then. Hopefully it remains this peaceful until then...
