at aquasoft there is a guy named siwu who has made an expose clone that works better then winexpose and uses less memory. I have a p4 2.4 ghz with 512 megs ram and it runs perfectly on it.

you could always add little things so you can prove that the image is yours. write your name in a place that nobody can tell unless you show it to them. watermarks. just something that with you can prove ownership and still keep the photo looking good.
I save all of my walls in a folder called c:\backgrounds That folder is organized with little folders inside so all of the walls that I have downloaded are in an organized fashion.

I don't think he is referring to your wall. The problem comes with having a lot of photos. One can never be sure if the uploader took it or not unless he supplies the negative. And if it is a digital camera, who knows. There are literally millions of photos on the web, so it wouldn't be hard to get away with it.

right click on an openspace on thedock. either at the very end or over a seperator. there should be an option in the rightclick menu that says to lock items
