If your thinking that the startmenu is completely a folder you are sadly mistaken however some parts of it are stored in a folder format. Its under c:\Documents and Settings\"Your user name"\Start Menu At least that is where i remember it to be

Looks like I fixed it (for now) . SpyBot and little deep cleaning of the registry looks like it cleaned it right up. I am amazed at how much better spybot is then adaware, I even got to fix some other problems to make it boot quicker. Thanks a million yrag

Yes my homepage is set correctly, or at least it is after I change it. When I restart the homepage changes. I used adaware, system mechanic, and TrendScan Antivirus, do you think spybot will catch it? Will try after I search the hardrive and Registry for instances of the homepage that shows up. I have already found several instances in the registry.

I agree with bakerstreet. All of my Object Dock Icons don't represent the app they link to. Right now they they are mostly Jairo B's Christmas Icons. They used to be cars, simpsons, futurama, western styles. Search the net for interesting icons and you might find some divine inspiration

There used to be an international weather object. I don't know if its there anymore. The other way is to edit the dxscript. You just need to know the weather.com address for the netherlands. Maybe someone else knows exactly what to do with it. I am slightly unsure.

I went home for the holidays to my parents house from college. At home my mom told me that the computer upstairs(a p2 450mhz with win98) has gotten a virus and many other problems. My dad fixed most of it last night, but there still seems to be a remnant of the trojan. It keeps setting the homepage on ie to a porn page. That is not good for a family computer. I couldn't find a way to change it back without the trojan reversing the homepage back to the same site. Any help will greatly be ap

If you are using the latest versionof windowblinds it has some bugs. that happens to be one of them. I use 4.19i and it has no problems.

I only wish that there were more premium skins for people to download if they were a wincustomize subsriber. I for one would have made Mormegils Christmas Time skin a premium skin. If a susbricption had more to offer then just supporting the site(and a few other little things) more people would buy. Many people aren't that caring and could give a farts wind to what happens to this site.

I've never noticed a problem. There should be a setting somewhere in SD Central to stop it from accessing the internet except when you want it to.
