you posting from game site or Wincustomize (there a lot of crossover on some posts so it's hard to tell) support is closed for the weekend - but some do stop in from time to time not sure if it's gonna be a stardock thing or StarWraith possibly the Impulse part is to purchase and download but maybe StarWraith wants you to register with them also maybe just re-enter ref ID and key http://starwraith3dgames.home

I use xp I don't use bootskin, it does not work for me generally mods don't review a decision and assign a new rating unless the 'skin' is reworked and updated, then it goes through moderation again

after you uninstalled - did your run a reg cleaner and reboot after reinstalled - did you reboot before trying it did you go here C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Local Settings\Application Data\Stardock and delete the cursorxp folder
