did you uninstall the trial version 1st? the trial doesn't upgrade or register so if you didn't you may now have conflict uninstall WB completely (save any downloaded skins first) reboot - then register via Impulse prior to installing via impulse

internet explorer or windows explorer open WB - click the system info tab - then copy text button and paste it here (ctrl+v) as a workaround until resolution: right click copy/paste should work as should the quick keys / alt+e /ctrl+c /ctrl+v /etc
