okay, tried - changed up a theme, went to load a new theme = asked if i wanted to save, picked yes - picked a new name - but when i went back, it didn't work. gotta be in builder mode. when ready, right click systray icon and 'save as' give it a name (to save the original intact if modifying one) - either arrow across the one shown or pick browse and put in a name

I have standard not pro, but it should work the same way. I haven't tried saving one since the builder part split off, but I'll take a look when I get home. I'll post it in about 3hr, if no one else posts an answer.

can't help with ps / i can decrease and save as 4 bit using irfanview (freeware). same with psp - just reduced to 16 color - picked the best options - save copy as = summary in prop shows 4 bit versus orig at 24 bit

yepper, it has. appears the animated were created just to be visual eye candy. you may be able to get it to do something if it is incorporated into it from the start (possibly, i'm not sure... i dl'd the sdk but i haven't quite figured out how to create with it yet.)
