you can even use icon developer to export as a 128x128 png. heck, if you create in paint you can convert to a decent png with irfanview. i've even done a bmp in paint - converted to gif (picking a color to be transparent) with giffy - than converted to png (saving transparent color) with irfanview. both giffy and irfanview are free. i like playing
