It is a theme manager file. Theme Manager is needed to apply a "suite" of skins for various applications. To use Theme Manager, you also need to have the various Stardock programs installed. (And yes ...that is a beautiful suite ) Theme Manager will automatically download and apply all the skins of a particular theme. Which gives me an idea.......wouldnt it be neat if winCustomize had a way of finding out which skins were being used rather than just dl'd? A cookie perhaps? I think that idea was floated a while back, but a bunch of people started saying "spyware...no way" ...thing is, it was'nt going to be forced on you, but an option you could choose... (IIRC)

Yep ...right click on recycle bin icon, and &#115elect properties. In the first tab you see, there is an area called'appearance'.... this is where you can rename your recycle bin.

Thanks gef ... I sorta presumed he'd already tried that. Perhaps you just got a bad download? Try deleting all references to that particular theme, and re-downloading it. Unzip it to somewhere easy to find (desktop) and double click to apply the theme. If the method described above, and in my other post dont work ...then I'll have to leave this for someone else to help you with it.

Open the DX program itself. then, when the little program window opens, click on "load". A new window will open, at the bottom of which are a bunch of buttons. One of those buttons is the "browse" button. Click that and navigate to the file you want to load. Select your file, and click "open" ...It's now loaded into the DX program, and you can apply it...
