Hello there. Happy New Year! With the new year comes the end of New Year's break. The kids and teachers come back to school. Still, the MOST famous Japanese musicians aren't exported yet. I wonder whether we'll ever see the likes of Morning Musume, or Utada Hikaru, or Hamasaki Ayumi in North America. Bands like PUFFY and Pizzicato Five are popular on this side of the Pacific Ocean because they're something that our native popular music doesn't offer.

Hi there everyone! I hope that all of you are having a nice Saturday. Kazuko and I had some fun. After relaxing all day, we brought out the "Dance Dance Revolution" game. We danced for about an hour. It is really good exercize. We haven't played DDR in quite some time. When we lived in an apartment, our playing time was a bit limited as we had downstairs-neighbors. Yeah, a peek at the jail was kind of an interesting life experience. It looked just like the jail on TV. Anyway like you said TexasNurse, I am sure that a number of people get "institutionalized." I can imagine that leaving prison after being there for a long time can be like moving and getting a new job at the same time. Both are stressful life experiences.
