went to work today, and came to the conclusion that i want/need to find another job. they are doing all this stupid bull shit trying to get us to 1) have a handle time lower than 8:30 (average for the day), 2) solve the technical problem in that amount of time (one call resolution), and 3) try to sell the customer something also. most customers i talk to want to talk forever and ask me every question under the sun excpet for maybe why is the sky blue. also, you have these complete and utter moro
