Wow, Hey it`s nice to vent, but what is customer service all about. Only been doing this for three months, but the money good. The way I look at it, NO question is stupid, if you don`t know the answer.Most companies, will try and get as much work out of you, as possible. Ever think, about asking, someone thats been doing is type of work for tips, on how to work, with customers without being rude. I`m semi-retired and guess what I still have to work, It seasonal, but I`m just trying to put money
