I like it personally its quick/simple to use and easy to understand. Money is the limiting factor for military/research/social. Perhaps one change that would be good, is when u have loads of money, u should be able to have military or social at 100% and research at 100%. Thus yr factories would be at 100% efficiency and labs at 100%.
Shame the evil races have not got a 'people processor building', excess population in one end...something good out the other end...perhaps a tasty, addictive snack bar like in the film 'Solvent Green' or frozen takeaways like in the film/series 'V'. Any other ideas what could come out of a 'people procecessor building' anyone? Would it be possible to mod such a planetary improvement for the evil alignment?

Pluto is not one of the big 8, because its irregular shaped (not a perfect sphere), its not big enough and it is not in control of its orbit around the sun. The mistake was made in the 1930's when they called it a planet, it's just took 80 yrs to correct that mistake. Go save the whales or campaign for the environment or something...

A much bigger issue is the AI's lack of interest in senors! The AI will not research sensors, not even the inexpensive first one which gives all ships a +1 boost to their sensor range! Stardock has said future expansions for GC 2 depend on the sales of Dark Avatar. If the original poster does not buy Dark Avatar and enough owners of GC2 do not either then there will be no future expansions for GC2. Will this make them satisfied and happy with themselves? My experience of GCII is that evil always looses. The only time that evil wins is when I'm playing evil. This is my experience too. The good/neutral races always gang up on the 3 evil ones to take them out.

I have posted 2 metaverse 1.3b1 games perfectly ok, with no cheat flags or any other problems. U r taking a risk when playing beta's that u may not be able to complete the game however.
