Cheers fellas, I think the problem might be Firefox itself as most of my other programs work correctly when using the title button and when clicking on the icon in the dock.

I've been having problems with windows not being represented correctly on the dock when they are minimised. I think at the moment it's specifically Firefox, but having only just installed ObjectDock Plus I haven't had a chance to try out all my programs!
