Reply to Sound Problems/Frequent Crashes Troubleshooting in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

After installing quite a few mods, I decided to begin playing GalCiv Alterian Prophecy. After I completed my first turn the game cut to an action screen of my civilization being completely destroyed and the game ended. Can someone tell me what the problem is or how I can fix this? Thanks. Scott

DOWNLOADS in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

If I download mod packs from the galciv website under which game folder do I unzip the files to, Galactic Civilizations folder or the Expansion pack folder? Will the mod packs work for both regardless of which game folder I unzip them to or does it matter? Someone please let me know.
