Help with Icon Developer in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

ok im new to using icon packager and the Icon Developer. I dont know how or even if i can make ip packages with .ico. I cant seem to find any setting on either programs for this. Maybe I have not looked hard enough? Just thought id ask for help thanx
