Can't find this subject on a search, so hope I'm not rehashing. I can download, unzip and install the Redstar IV module, and it appears in the Star Base Defense Menu, but selecting it does nothing - no money changes hands, no new SB module. Any (useful!) suggestions?
This question has been bugging me for some time now: how do the alien civs all get such large populations so much faster than I can? Do they just have higher birth rates? Howdy Folks, I developed a useful little tactic, and I was wondering if other people had ever used it: I have always hated giving warships to civs I want to help, the AIs are dreadfully wasteful, especially the minors, whose ships rarely keep the bonuses I might has aquired. So I tried building a starbase in a sector owned by a civ under attack from a stronger one.
