whatever you choose to do, your settings will have an impact on the jump list settings as well (mouseover image and text color)

If you don't already, you might try disabling pop-ups and blocking third party cookies. Sounds more like an advertisement. I'm using IE8 and never have seen that message.

it's always bothered me as well so I don't disagree Andy just mentioning that it wouldn't look very good with various sizes of screenies, like out of proportion. IMHO They should just set the standard size to fit my current monitor ;-)
