Unable to install Start11 in Start Menu Products Stardock Forums

I am trying to install Start11 v2.07.4 on Windows 11 Pro for Workstations version 23h2 build 22631.3447. As soon as I start the installer I get a warning dialog box that says. Your computer must be rebooted in order to complete the installation, Would you like to reboot your system now? The only option is OK which doesn't reboot the computer. After manually rebooting I see Start11 is not installed. When running the installer again the same thing happens. A couple
