It's a nature and nurture thing for sure. Positive reinforcement from my parents, teachers, etc in my youth certainly helped to foster a positive self image, and naturally boosted my confidence throughout my life. It's almost like the Half empty/half full comparison; self doubt and a lack of confidence can shed a negative light on any endeavor, whereas a positive and confident attitude will allow you to look at failure as nothing more

Ah, enjoy it while you can. I used to have the "younger than I was Look", grew the beard to negate that, and now, as I grow older ( but not up ) I've seen the reverse; someone thought I was 50!!!! I have since shaved off the greying beard, wear more jeans than Khaki, and went to the tanning bed. I'll never be mistaken for a 20 something again but I'll be damned if I'll go quitely into AARP qualification!!! BTW, Dev

Thanks for the comments. It truly amazes me that "Black America" allows someone like King Louie to represent himself as a spokesman for them, it compares with "White America" allowing David Duke to be their spokesman................ Then again, Jesse, Al, et al, ain't much better either..........

I really want to be a Lawyer, problem is you can't go to law school on-line, and you are prohibited from having an outside job while seeking a JD. ( it's a Bar requirement, I can only guess their reasoning) On a lighter note, I'd love to be able to play guitar, speak spanish, and fly a plane ( yes, I read "A Pirate looks at Fifty" ) I want to quit working! Retirement has eluded me, and financially it's not feasible, that is until I win the new North Carolina education Lotery!!!

Hey it's what all of my post have been for the last 4 months. I was going to suggest Thomas Edison State College ( tesc.edu) if you hadn't selected a school, they offer several Masters programs ( MBA, MLA )pretty cheap and fully accredited! Good Luck.

I would be willing to bet if the numbers were researched, you'll find the vast majority of the foreclosures are in the "1st time buyer" catagory. I'd further wager that those numbers are over represented by minorities and socio-economically challenged individuals. The low interest rates made high credit risk loans profitable, and not just in the housing market. Default rates are soaring in the Auto Finance arena as well. You
