My experience is the legal system tends to look at Fraud, embezzlement, conversion, and other bloodless crimes as minor.....a previous employee was CONVICTED of a class H felony embezzlement ( exceeding 100K ) ...his punishment- 4 hours in jail, 60 days house arrest, 5 years supervised probation, and restitution of 250.00 per month for the state max of 60 months....( he got me for 250K, try making that math work ) Net result - crime pays!
