BTW, I'm 6'5", weigh around 270, with a 38" waist and a 52" chest......25 years ago I graduated basic training at 255lbs, so for a 40 something I don't put myself in the overweight demographic. OK, 1st, what kind of ham do you have ? Is it a sugar cured? Is it a country ham ( salt cured ) ?Or, is it a fresh ham?
