There never seems to be enough hours in a day once you stir in family, children, work, and sleep. I commented as well on Dr.Guy's post, and I can find no reason to side with the parent or child in this case, even without the additional information that is lacking ( or being assumed ). The child was a hazard to herself and others and had to be restrained for her own safety, as well as others, the educators ( wisely, I must add ) chose to have law enforcement handle the restraint.
